Terms of Service

1. The service
dreamitup.store lets you describe a dream scene for a kid’s room in words. We turn your brief into a design, email you a free proof, and — only after you approve it — produce and ship made-to-measure, made-to-order products through a print-on-demand partner. Available formats and current pricing are described on our kids’ wallpaper page: a digital file, peel-and-stick wallpaper, or a whole-room set. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Free proof & approval gate
We create a free proof of your design and email it to you before you pay anything. Nothing is printed until you approve it. When you approve a proof, we log a timestamped record of that approval, and it serves as your authorization for us to print your order exactly as shown. Please review the proof carefully — including the scene, text, and layout — before approving.
3. Custom, made-to-order goods
Every order is custom-made for you after your approval, so all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted relative to your approved proof, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a reprint or a refund.
4. Measurements
For made-to-measure wallpaper, you are responsible for confirming your wall dimensions before approving your order. We print to the size you confirm. We’re not able to treat a mis-measured wall as a defect — see our Refund Policy for what we can do to help if that happens.
5. What you can ask us to create
Briefs are text-only and should describe an original scene in your own words. We don’t accept briefs that request third-party characters or trademarks — for example, branded cartoon characters owned by another company — and we may decline or modify any brief that does. We may also decline briefs for other reasons at our discretion.
6. Ownership & license
Once you’ve paid for your order, we grant you a personal-use license to the final design for use in your home (for example, printed on your wallpaper or digital file). You may not resell the design or use it commercially. Because your design is generated with the help of AI, purely AI-generated elements may not be copyrightable under current U.S. law, and we make no guarantee of exclusive ownership over those elements.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total once you approve your proof.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dreamitup.store and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. See also our Privacy Policy.
