dreamitup.store (“we,” “us”) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our kids’ wallpaper brief form, get a free proof, and place an order, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Email address — collected when you submit the waitlist/brief form, so we can send you a free proof and order updates.
• Dream brief text — the words you give us to describe the scene (e.g. a hero’s name, a setting). This is text-only; see “Children’s privacy” below.
• Order and shipping information — name, shipping address, and order details needed to produce and ship your wallpaper.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Basic analytics — standard, aggregated website analytics (e.g. pages visited, general location, device type) to help us understand and improve the site.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

dreamitup.store is a service for parents and other adults — it is not directed to children, and children should not use our forms or checkout. We never request or accept photos of children or other children’s personal information. Your dream brief should describe the scene in words only, and should not include more than a child’s first name. Please do not include a child’s photo, last name, school, address, or other identifying details in your brief. If we discover that a brief contains more information than a first name, we will ask you to revise it or we will remove the extra details ourselves before production.

How we use your information

We use your information to generate and send your free proof, process payment once you approve a design, produce and ship your order, communicate with you about your order, and improve our products and site. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we work with

• Stripe — processes payments on our behalf. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment data.
• Print fulfillment partner — a print-on-demand partner receives your approved design, shipping address, and order details to print and ship your wallpaper.
• Email provider — sends your proof and order communications on our behalf.
• AI image generation provider — turns your text brief into the visual design proof.

Each of these providers only receives the information they need to perform their function for us.

Data retention

We keep your brief, proof, and order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, support any warranty or defect claim, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. If you’d like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we’ll do so except where we’re required to keep records (for example, financial records).

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy
