Refund Policy

Here’s our refund policy in plain English. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
You approve before you pay
We always send a free proof first. Nothing gets charged or printed until you approve the design. So by the time you pay, you’ve already seen — and signed off on — exactly what you’re getting.
Misprint, damage, or defect
If your wallpaper arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your approved proof, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free reprint or a full refund — your choice.
Mis-measured walls
We print to the exact dimensions you confirmed before approval, so an order that doesn’t fit because the wall measurements were off isn’t eligible for a refund or return. That said, we’d rather help than leave you stuck — reach out and we’ll offer an at-cost reprint at the correct size.
Digital files
Digital design files are refundable only before you’ve used your download link. Once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final, since the product has already been delivered.
