Measuring your wall
Measure the width at the top, middle and bottom, then the height at the left, centre and right. Enter the largest width and height in inches. Measure the whole rectangle, including doors and windows. We add 2 inches to both dimensions for trimming; do not add them again.
Our online sizes cover walls 12 to 240 inches wide and 12 to 144 inches tall. For a larger wall or an unusual shape, email us before ordering.
Choosing the material
Peel-and-stick is intended for smooth, dry, clean walls with sound paint that has cured for at least four weeks. Texture, flaking paint, fresh paint, bare plaster, existing wallpaper and moisture can affect adhesion and removal. Test a small section in a discreet spot. No wallpaper can guarantee damage-free removal on every surface.
Non-pasted wallpaper needs wallpaper paste and is intended for a lasting installation. Removal may require redecorating. Follow the material-specific installation instructions supplied with your order.
Wallpaper pricing
The price is a $79 design fee plus $4.50 per square foot for peel-and-stick or $3.25 per square foot for non-pasted wallpaper, with a $149 minimum. US shipping is included. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Tapestries
Our launch sizes are planned at 26 × 36 and 50 × 60 inches. We are identifying and testing the fabric before orders open. You can create and save a design now; final pricing and care instructions will be available before purchase.
Artwork and print quality
Upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB and at least 600 pixels on each side. Start with the largest, sharpest original available. We retain its resolution, remove embedded location metadata and check every file before printing. A small upload may not be suitable for a large wall. Screen colours are a guide, not an exact colour match.
Your crop preview includes the wallpaper trimming allowance. Move the artwork to keep important details inside the dashed line. AI refinements create new interpretations from your prompt; they may change details.
Shipping and order updates
At launch we ship to US addresses. We check your print file before production and contact you if anything needs clarification. Wallpaper production and transit are typically about 5 to 10 business days after the file is cleared, but this is an estimate. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Contact us for a deadline before ordering.
Custom-order policy
Because your item is printed for your design and size, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after production begins. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, contact us promptly with photographs so we can put it right. See the full refund policy.
Saved designs
Bookmarks and your current checkout draft are stored in this browser. Clearing browser data removes them. Your generated designs also remain in your original design library on this device.
